At 830, the landline started ringing. My first thought “It’s my brother or my parents.”

What do I hear upon answering?
“All of our agents are currently busy with other callers. Please hold and ..”
*click* I hung up.

They called ME to tell me to hold the line?? ARE THEY FUCKING SERIOUS?
And before 9am, to boot! Isn’t that against regulation or something?
